Maintenance & Repairs
We currently provides the following services:

- Routine calendar and major A, B, C, D inspections
- Rigging, weighing, jacking

- Airframe modifications and STC’s

Technical Support
Twin Panda Services will provide full 24/7 Warranty and technical support for all Y-12 aircraft operators throughout the Americas, and intends to offer the same on a worldwide basis as soon as possible. Owners will be able to access parts replacement, maintenance co-ordination, Service Bulletin, and Airworthiness Directives support at any time in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Additional language services will be added as required by sales.
Training
Our Twin Panda Warranty Service Centre will offer full training, in conjunction and co-ordination with the Harbin Manufacturing facility, for the maintenance personnel and flight crews of every Harbin Y-12 purchaser, on an ongoing basis. This training curriculum will be designed in partnership with Harbin and kept up-to-date to provide continuing airworthiness and safety for the Y-12 aircraft fleet as it ages.
Contract Services
We also provide access to engineering staff anywhere in the Americas - even remote locations across the US, the Caribbean, and Central and South America - in order to maintain and repair aircraft that are unable to visit the Georgia location. The senior engineers are well experienced in providing onsite AOG maintenance, parts, and avionics troubleshooting as necessary on a wide variety of general aviation and commercial aircraft, such as Twin Otters, Beech King Airs, Dornier 228, and many models of Cessna, Piper, and other single engine piston, turboprop and turbine aircraft.
Information
Twin Panda, in conjunction with Harbin Engineering, will also continually co-ordinate its technical information services with the FAA and CAAC, as well as with the government aviation regulatory agencies in all other countries in which Y-12 aircraft are operating. Twin Panda will communicate with Harbin Manufacturing daily and will establish both written and electronic means of instant communication as required.
Parts
Twin Panda will work with Aventure Aviation of Peachtree City, Georgia, on the development of a rapid parts exchange and supply system for the Y12 and all its OEM suppliers including those in Harbin and China.
We will maintain, in accordance with Harbin Manufacturing’s recommendation, a constant inventory of required AOG airframe parts, rotables, consumables and avionics as might be required.
